Enrollment in any course is confirmed once the applicable fee has been received. A complimentary trial class does not constitute enrollment.
Course fees are charged quarterly unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-transferable between students but may be adjusted for course-level changes at the academy's discretion.
Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the start of a billing quarter are eligible for a full refund of that quarter's fee. Requests made after that period are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Students are expected to attend scheduled classes punctually. Missed classes may be eligible for rescheduling subject to instructor availability, at the academy's discretion.
All students and parents/guardians are expected to engage respectfully with instructors and fellow students, both online and on campus. The academy reserves the right to suspend enrollment in cases of serious misconduct.
Course materials, recordings, and curriculum content are the intellectual property of Raga Roots Music Academy and may not be redistributed without written permission.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued enrollment after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
